Dear Friends of JACCC,

On behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff, thank you for your continued support. While we work to identify the new President & CEO, Iā€™m honored to serve in the interim and keep JACCC moving forward.

In 2018, your generosity allowed JACCC to serve 140,000 people. More than 20,000 experienced the Los Angeles Premiere of Allegiance, including 1,600 teachers and students. This year also included program highlights such as Kami to Kami: Fukui Echizen Washi Exhibition where 20 artisans shared their handmade paper installations; 14 culinary workshops for nearly 500 participants from ages 2 to 93; and our festivals where we welcomed 15,000 people at Fiesta Matsuri, Nisei Week, Keiro no Hi Festival (Respect for the Aged Day), and FandangObon.

We look forward to continuing our exciting programs in 2019, as well as the groundbreaking of the Toshizo Watanabe Culinary Cultural Center, the world premiere of the Aratani Theatre Black Box, and more! Your gift of $50, $100, $500, $1,000, $2,500 or $5,000 will make a significant impact. As you plan your year-end philanthropic donations, we hope you will consider making as generous of a gift as you can to JACCC.

Thank you again for your support. From all of us at JACCC, we wish you the very best this holiday season and a happy 2019!

Daren Rikio Mooko
