JACCC is Victorious !

We are the Champs !

On Saturday, August 24, 2002 the JACCC swept its competition, winning both the "Judges Choice and People's Choice" catagories in Visual Communication's "Chili Visions," a chili and rice cook off between community groups in the Asian Pacific Islander communities.

This year the JACCC ended the winning streak of Asian American Drug Abuse Program. Led by Bryan Yamami, chief cook, the cooking team of Kat Nakano and Miles Hamada used Bryan's recipe and perfected its chili that the Chili Judges and the general public (over 500 tasters) overwhelmingly chose as the best.

The JACCC thanks all those who attended this event to support Visual Communications and voted the JACCC chili as the best.

The JACCC will be be back to defend it's title !

Below are a few photos taken of the celebratory event.
