L.A.’s longest running Asian Pacific American contemporary performance
series, continues in its 13th groundbreaking year! A diverse array
of spoken word artists, dancers, and theatre/performance ensembles are
on the fresh tracks_03 roster this year, including the Flight
performance ensemble led by Jason Fong, hip hop fusion ensemble Ill
Again, Vietnamese American poetry trio mai
piece, and Kristina Wong,
just to name a few. fresh tracks_03 is curated by Alison De La
Cruz, Traci Kato-Kiriyama, and Leslie Ito.
Continuing
in the JACCC’s Doizaki Gallery, for the second year, fresh tracks_03
crosses artistic genres by presenting a visual arts exhibition in the
South Gallery.
