Bronze Package

$850/Weekend, $650/Weekday.

Includes: Garden Room A for 6 hours with exclusive garden access.

  • Tables and Chiavari Chairs (up to 100)

  • Access to In-house sound system and (1) wired microphone with stand. 

*Garden Room A accommodates 100 guests seated in round tables or 150 standing. 
**Addition of catering tables & bar will reduce capacity for room. 


Silver Package

$1200/Weekend, $1000/Weekday.

Includes: Garden Room A & B for 6 hours with exclusive garden access.

  • Tables and Chiavari Chairs (up to 100)                               
  • Lectern                                           
  • Access to In-house sound system and (1) wired microphone with stand.

*Garden Room A accommodates 100 guests seated in round tables or 150 standing. 
**Caterer can utilize Garden B for catering preparation  


Gold package

$2000/Weekend, $1700/Weekday.

Includes: Garden Room A, B & C for 8 hours with exclusive garden access.

  • Tables and Chiavari Chairs (up to 100)                               
  • Lectern                                           
  • Access to In-house sound system and (1) wired microphone with stand.
  • Onsite Technician 

*Garden Room A accommodates 100 guests seated in round tables or 150 standing. 
**Caterer can utilize Garden C or B for catering preparation or lounge area with cocktails tables. 


Additional $500 fee. JACCC will provide a bartender,  security, and cups/napkins.

Renter may bring alcohol provided it be limited to beer and/or wine and that it be free to attendees. No cash bar allowed. 

An additional $250 refundable deposit will be added to the total price.

RESTRICTIONS & Additional INformation

  • All contracted services (i.e. caterer) must be provided by professionally licensed companies who can provide a proof of liability insurance and workers' comp. Please ask us about our list of preferred caterers.   
  • A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. 

  • A $250 ($500 if bringing alcohol) refundable security deposit is required one week prior to event date. Deposit will be returned if all equipment is returned and room is left in a clean state. It is the responsibility of caterer/renter to remove all leftover food and beverages. Trash must be placed in the receptacles provided in the room. Caterer is responsible for removing their equipment from premises by the end of the rental period.

  • $150 per additional hour.

  • Street and lot parking available. $7 parking validations may be purchased for Joe’s Parking Lot on 2nd Street.
