Japanese American Cultural & Community Center

National Japanese American Veterans Memorial Court

Facing San Pedro Street, in front the of the JACCC is the Memorial Court. The Japanese American Veterns Memorial Court is now the only site where all Japanese Americans who died in service during America's wars are honored individually. It is a tangible and poignant reminder to current and future generations of the enormity of the sacrifice these soldiers made.

We continue this legacy by honoring the young Japanese Americans killed in our more recent wars, including Iraq and Afganistan, and placing their names within the Memorial Court.
