Refund & Exchange Policies

Refund:
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket from our Box Office, you may also consider donating your ticket(s) to the JACCC as a tax-deductible contribution. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the performance, enabling the JACCC to make your seats available for resale. If a performance has been cancelled a refund for the price of the ticket(s) will be returned to the patron.

Exchange:
Tickets are non-exchangeable.

Shipping and Delivery method:
All orders will be held at will-call for pick-up unless a shipping method has been chosen. Domestic Shipping only.
